Expansion teams are suppose to lose games. This is a fact of life however in losing games the Screaming Eagles have played well. A major reason for the teams improved play is its scouting department. The men and women that make up this unit were relative unknowns a few months ago yet they have come together on a regional stage too find a young team players it needs too compete week in and week out. Last week, when Junior Salt left the franchise, Bradely Wilcox, an unknown from BYU came aboard and played quite well.Careful dissection of tape has made the job of scouting easier, yet turndowns remain a problem. The scouts have deep lists of players that can play at a minutes notice, so called minutemen as Bradely Wilcox was last week. The waiver wire is like a bible to these people. It is viewed at great length searching for bodies that can fit your teams scheme of things. The great finds will always be there and if there is effort they will be found. The management of the team needs too thank its scouting department because the hard work figures to pay off but when. This week the SCREAMING EAGLES travel to Arizona in a must win game I look for them too break through in a upset 44-26. Next week There have been comparisons made between the IFL and the NFL we will analyze and ask the question : If you want to play indoors why not play in the IFL so that you can get ready for the NFL
