FUMBLE! Now that the Crush have the ball IMO they HAVE to score to put the Empire away.

Empire turn the ball over on downs. Crush hold on to beat Spokane for the first time in franchise history. Who starts next week Wilmer or Dowdell? My second question would be who do you think should start next week? Based on the eye test I'd say Wilmer, but you're the Empire fan so you're more qualified than I am to speak on the subject.

I'm suspecting Dowdell's going to have a short leash next week with that furious comeback Wilmer led. Or maybe Shack's going to go with Wilmer next week. Regardless. We may have a QB controversy brewing with 4 games left in the season.

That game was fast. I just tried to post the final stats, but my computer said in was on airplane mode (which makes no sense), so I will be reconstructing them.

Odds are in their favor - Arizona plays Salt Lake, Nebraska plays Green Bay.

We may have a QB controversy brewing with 4 games left in the season. Very well could be a short leash. I thought Dowdell was one of the best. I wonder what happened. Wilmer was good tonight. It might lead to a change.

It might lead to a change. I'm not sure either. He was great last year, up to when Kennedy got hurt. Then he started putting mpre pressure on himself and mistakes were being made. This year? I don't have a clue. It's discouraging. Especially since I've spoken to him post-game. He's a good guy. His play just hasn't been up to par.
