Last night, the Salt Lake Screaming Eagles provided a story book ending to their season with a win against Spokane. It was a long time coming after three close misses . The Colorado Crush, the Eagless fanchise brothers lost to Arizona in their finale. Fanchise wants to use its technology next year for a new league thus it appears the Screaming Eagles and Crush will be turned into the league and be under its control. The league could operate them for a year in the same locales, fold them, or sell to new owners looking to get into the indoor game. The league is not in business too hold franchises and a quick move likely before the United Bowl will be made. I don't think there is a chance of Fanchise continuing as an owner thus it would take a new source of financial backing too save these teams. The fans are the losers here. The ones that attended the games at the Maverick Center. They have been burned once again by people not understanding the business and looking out for themselves. This may never stop and in the end may destroy a great game. Next week, the Intense Conference figures too produce a dandy of a championchip game as high flying Nebraska battles a poised Arizona team. Nebraska has been giving a good effort all season and I like their coaching direction I look for them too upset Arizona 60-48. Next week who might switch to a new team we will take an earlier look at free agency and look at the teams in the best position too win and put themselves at the top of the heap in 2018.

I hope both the Crush and SLC come back next year under new ownership. A Nebraska upset would be very interesting, but I think it is more likely that we see an Arizona-Iowa matchup in a "Real Arenabowl" so to speak. BTW Gary did you see my video on Fanchise? Also if SLC isn't around will you still be on SCtoC?
