The following is the complete schedule for the 2018 Western Hockey League Playoffs.

The defending WHL Champions, the Seattle Thunderbirds, look to maintain their crown and repeat as WHL Champions. The Regina Pats, who automatically have a bid to the 2018 Memorial Cup as the host city, will make another push to return to the WHL Finals, where they fell in 6 games to the Thunderbirds.

Each round of the WHL Playoffs will appear most recent at the top of the post. Final results will be updated following the conclusion of the games. All game times are listed in the Pacific Timezone (PST). Where applicable, click on the final score to view the WHL's game tracker for the complete box score.

All WHL Playoff games are streamed on WHL Live, but it requires a pay subscription.

The second round of the WHL Playoffs is set.

Kelowna, Medicine Hat, Prince Albert, Red Deer, Regina, Seattle, Spokane, and Vancouver were all eliminated in the first round.

The Eastern and Western Conference finals are set.

Brandon, Moose Jaw, Portland, and Victoria were all eliminated in the second round.

The WHL Championship is set.

Lethbridge and Tri-City were eliminated in the conference championships.

Congratulations to the Swift Current Broncos, who defeated the Everett Silvertips and won the WHL Championship. The Broncos have earned a bid to play in the 2018 Memorial Cup Tournament. They will join alongside fellow Eastern Conference rivals the Regina Pats, who are hosting the tournament. They will take on the winners of the QMJHL (Acadie–Bathurst Titan) and the OHL (Hamilton Bulldogs).
