I was expecting a much, MUCH closer game, one that went down to the final minutes. Seattle just plain DESTROYED Denver. It was awesome to see Paul Allen FINALLY holding a championship trophy. Maybe another one will come in June?

MVP Malcolm Smith celebrates with the Lombardi trophy. Smith makes a confetti angel following the game. Paul Allen hoists the trophy. QB Russell Wilson and Coach Pete Carroll celebrate in a storm of confetti. Percy Harvin runs the 2nd half opening kickoff back for a touchdown. Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin gives the "We're number 1" signal.

I thought the Seahawks would win, but I thought it would be a lot closer. I'm glad for Seattle for winning their first super bowl. They outplayed Denver in every part. The game was basically over at halftime and definitely over after Percy Harvin's kickoff return for the touchdown to start the third quarter. I thought the stands were a lot louder than I remember from past super bowls, at least at the beginning of the game. It looked like the Seahawks were well represented by their 12th man. Or is it 12th men? Anyway, congratulations to the Seahawks!
