Kurtis Riggs and his staff recently pulled off one of the offseasons biggest signings in Darian Miller. Miller was one of the finest running backs in the Champions Indoor Football League last season and may find a way to play on sundays if his play continues to improve. He will add a second running threat to the Storms offense and make the teams passing game more effective. The team may use him as a receiver coming out of the backfield. The running game is not featured like it is in the NFL and a beefed up passing attack will make the opposition think twice about how to defense the teams offense going forward. Miller will see some familiar faces from his former league in Bismarck, and Quad City, there is no doubt that they will be focusing on stopping him and providing other IFL teams a way they can do the same thing.
