BREAKDOWN
The week's marquee match up features two of the three teams battling for the remaining two playoff spots along with the Nebraska Danger. All three are 6-7 entering the final week of the regular season. Simply put, the winner of this game will make the playoffs. If the Steamwheelers pull out the win, they are guaranteed the fifth seed. A loss means they could still claim the sixth seed with a Danger loss at the Iowa Barnstormers. This game begins an hour later than the Danger-Barnstormers battle. In Tucson's case, it's even an easier proposition. A win and they're in and a loss and they're out. With a win and a Danger loss, the Sugar Skulls would claim the fifth spot. A win and a Danger win would give them the sixth. The fifth seed would mean a first round playoff contest at the Green Bay Blizzard on June 21, while the sixth seed would set up a first round playoff contest at the Sioux Falls Storm on June 23.
