NOTE: For the playoff stats after game 2, we are not using minimums for the statistical leaders. However, if a player made 2-2 from the free throw line and another made 1-1, the player who made more and attempted more is listed as the leader. For the regular season, we use a different standard than the NBA for the individual regular season statistical leaders. Our leaders apply to players who have played half of their team's games (41), as well as other basic statistical minimums. Leaders who are listed as "out" due to injury are not listed.
ANGI'S TAKES
GRIZZLIES
Memphis looks like a team on a mission and its play in games one and two indicate that. They play smart defense and hit shots when they need to. If I were to summarize what they need to do to win game 3 it would be this: Change nothing. Conley and Lee combined for over a third of the Grizzlies' points in game 2 and have formed a formidable backcourt. Randolph and Gasol have been slowed down in the series, but the former still posted a double-double in game 2. Gasol's passing has been a plus for the Grizzlies, and he has done an adequate job when switching on and off of Aldridge. Udrih has been a monster off the bench and is averaging 15 points in the series, and that is with missing some of his rotation minutes with a turned ankle in game 2. Allen and Green have been pretty much interchangeable, but both have been effective. Carter fought off Father Time with 9 points and 4 rebounds in just over 14 minutes. Koufos has been decent in spelling Gasol and Randolph.
BLAZERS
The first two games have essentially turned into Aldridge vs. the Grizzlies. Though his shooting percentage is down, he's been a force and the Grizzlies seem fine with that as long as they can shut other Blazers. He's led the Blazers in scoring in the first two games, and has 14 rebounds and 4 blocks in each game. The Blazers' problem has been the lack of production from Lillard, who is shooting 10-37 for the series. Memphis' defense has keyed on him, but he also has taken many low-percentage shots and has just 4 assists total for the series. Batum is contributed, but needs to be more aggressive still. Lopez was solid in game 2 with his defense on Gasol, while adding 10 points and 6 boards in the Blazers' cause. McCollum has been ineffective, shooting 4-21 in the series. Leonard has been a bright spot off the bench, but each time he seems to get hot from the field, Stotts pulls him out of the game in favor or a set rotation. The Blazers should be helped by the presences of Afflalo and Kaman; both of who are expected back from injury for game 3.
THE GRIZZLIES WIN IF THEY
Defend the three, continue to contain Lillard and hold the Blazers to under 42 percent shooting.
THE BLAZERS WIN IF THEY
Hit at least 46 percent of their shots; defensively lock down Conley and Udrih, and make at least 11 threes.

OFFICIALS
TBA
QUOTABLE
Grizzlies guard Courtney Lee: "All we did is just take care of home court, which we were supposed to do. We didn't want those guys to come in here and get one and switch home-court advantage in their favor."
Blazers forward Meyers Leonard: “Understanding their sets, what they want to do and how we can exploit them on the offensive end is something I really try to lock in on. It’s just going to continue to be a process. I have to continue to be aggressive, stay within the flow of the offense and continue to play good defense and rebound.”

EXTRA
Meyers Leonard was a bright spot in game 2, scoring 10 points on 4-5 shooting, including this ally-oop dunk. He also grabbed 7 rebounds. Leonard is averaging 8.5 points and 8.0 rebounds in the series.
