Does Dowdell know which team to throw to? He's having a horrible game.

Big thanks to Angi on keeping the threads running. So far this year, if I'm not at the game, the road games fall on games I've got tickets to Chiefs hockey.
From what little reception I got in the Arena, it sounded like a combination of sloppy play and tight defense. I also noticed Dowdell got pulled briefly and then put back in. Was that for injury or just because of how he was playing?
I give the Empire credit, they made a great effort in making the comeback, but turning the ball over didn't do them any favors. I'm curious how the back-to-back bye weeks are going to affect them.
