So as of now what is the IFL playoff picture? If it is okay with everyone, I think this thread should be the thread where updates on the playoff picture should be posted.

Here's the thread regarding the playoff format. This year, it's the Top 2 teams in each conference. Last season, it was the Top 3. If the Season were to end today: United Conferencey-Sioux Falls x-Wichita Falls Iowa Green Bay Cedar Rapids Intense Conferencey-Arizona x-Nebraska Spokane Salt Lake Colorado TIEBREAKER PROCEDURES - Teams with matching Win % will be selected on a series of tiebreakers. The team with the advantage in a the process will earn the first spot. It's based on: - Win/Loss Percentage - Head to Head Record vs Opponent or Opponents involved in tiebreaker - Opponent's Winning Percentage Strength of Schedule (aka The total win percentage of a team's opponents. Whoever has a schedule with a higher win percentage strength of schedule wins the tiebreaker) - Head to head point differential vs opponent involved in tie. (aka if Team A has a higher point differential vs Team B) - Point differential for the season (Total Points scored subtracted from Points allowed). Whoever has the biggest differential wins the tiebreaker. Don't quote me on this, but if all five are locked, I believe it comes to a coin toss.

I was just looking at the schedule. Arizona and Nebraska play on May 28. That game seems like it could be huge when it comes to the playoff picture. I know that's the only game between any of these three teams for the rest of the season.

Iowa has been playing well lately and Travis Partridge is one of the better quarterbacks in the IFL. This slide by the Empire really muddies the playoff picture quite a bit. The Empire need to right the ship, especially on offense.

I'm a little unfamiliar with the other seven teams, but according to what Angi said above, that face looks really tight too. In all, it makes the league more interested into and fun to follow.
