The Spokane Shock have only been revived for a short time however they have impacted the indoorfootball world. The team who many championchips and honors during its first run and is making a lot of noise this offseason signing talent from all areas of the indoorfootball map. The shopping spree began in Carolina, where a talented Cobras team fresh off a runnerup finish to the Jacksonville Sharks in the National Arena League playoffs, watched as Coach Billy Back, Quaterback Charles McCallum and standout widereceiver Gordon Jolly, jumped to the new team team. The Shock continued raiding the NAL, taking talented players from Jacksonville and later moved on to the AFL,luring top notch talent from the Albany Empire which might go down in history as that leagues last champion. The shock continued their aggression by grabbing players from the CIF, a major competitor of the Indoorfootballleague. The Shock look like a champion on paper but only time will tell iof the pieces can come together and make the moves worth it. The start was good but the finish may not have desired expectations especially if injuries hamper the team and losses mount.
