Hippeard and Morris can't co-exist after Hippeard comes back. My guess is that one of them might be available after Hippeard comes off IR.

Sorry, was tweeting and in the ArenaFan chat room during the game, it's a bit much to be in three places at once on my phone and try to watch the game. =) Will be at the next game to welcome back Crocker (and Paige-Moss). Thus far the Thunder have beaten every other former player/coach to return to Portland (no former Thunder players on the Storm).

They are calling that an interception. The CBS crew seems to disagree with the rule since it was in the end zone. I am going to have to review all the rules of this league after the game. I have read them, but have not seen anywhere that it would be Orlando ball on that play. Especially after the ball bounced off the wall before it was intercepted. Ball off the side wall = in play. Ball off the back wall = not in play. Except on kickoffs, when it's dead after hitting any wall. And if you have a weird second tier wall like Portland does, the second tier is always out, too. (Former Commissioner was at the party and clarified it for everyone).

Hippeard and Morris can't co-exist after Hippeard comes back. My guess is that one of them might be available after Hippeard comes off IR. Naw, Morris is used to being a way overqualified backup. He's been a guy who could be starting for at least three years. Also, we've seen how often players get injured in this league - a team would be nuts to give away a quality QB. There's literally nothing you can get that would be as valuable unless you're giving up an All-Arena-caliber guy at a position of weakness.

The Preds have a tough decision. They have probably two of the best six or seven QB's in the league on their roster. Do They keep both or do they try to trade one?

Well, like I said, you can't get good value for a QB. San Jose has two really good ones, too, in Meyer and Stanley. As for Morris, based on his career, I think he likes living in Florida and whether he starts or is a backup, he gets paid the same, so no biggie. Of course, I've never so much as met the guy, so don't take my interpretations of his career as anything more than a total guess.

I know it is difficult to find a QB who can last throughout the season.
