Do they even penalize players for flipping? If they did, Ginobli would be suspended for the entire season.

Do they even penalize players for flipping? If they did, Ginobli would be suspended for the entire season. Players get a warning the first time, then a $5000 fine, then $10,000, and so on. Flopping needs to be treated like a technical.

Yeah they actually hand them out, but they are so weak that it doesn't actually encourage players to stop doing it. I mean really, what is a $5000 fine for a player who is making $5-$10 million a year?

I mean really, what is a $5000 fine for a player who is making $5-$10 million a year? they should suspend them by the third offense. I also agree with calling a technical foul on every offense.
