Welcome to SCtoC's Football Game Day for Week 13.
This week, we are a tracking a couple of huge games featuring Pac-12 power houses.
First up is a matinee which can be described by two words -- the Civil War. It's a Friday afternoon game starting at 12:30 as the Oregon Ducks host the Oregon St. Beavers. The Ducks are emerging and are looking to play in a major bowl game. The Beavers have gone through growing pains under first-year head coach Gary Anderson, but they would love nothing more than to derail the Ducks in the biggest annual football game of the year in the state.
Come back a day later to a game with national playoff implications. The Cardinal of Stanford host the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on the Farm. With a win here and a win in the conference championship game, Stanford could find its way into the playoff. Notre Dame can make its case to move up a couple of spots with a win and earn a playoff berth of their own. The home team has won the last four match ups in the series.
Please, come and comment. We have a brief preview with all the times and viewing information, and a poll which you see at the top of the page. Now, on to our games (all times are pacific).
