TCU can only blame Boykin for their lack of offense. I wonder how his arrest is going to affect his draft stock. I think a lot of teams will see this as a knock on his maturity.

I have never seen that happen in a game. I thought after the ball was kicked, the kicking team could not advance it.

On the blocked punt: I believe the rule is essentially the same as a punt which is fumbled by the return man. The player who blocked the kick made it basically it a fumble and a live ball for any player from either team to recover and return it. That is why Oregon got the first down.
