June 20, 2016 -- Project FANchise have announced they have added Coach Shawn Liotta as a fan coach and tutor for the Salt Lake Screaming Eagles.
Liotta will be tasked with educating fans on the intricacies of the Indoor Football League, including stratagies, play calling and the rules and quirks of the game.
He has served as head coach of the Pittsburgh RiverRats, Wheeling Wilcats, Erie Storm/Explosion of various respective indoor football leagues. He led the Explosion to the Champions Indoor Football League championship in 2013 and 2014. Liotta a graduate of Robert Morris University.
In a blog to Sceaming Eagles fans, Liotta wrote the following:

Greetings fans of the Salt Lake Screaming Eagles!
It is with great pleasure that I have been asked by the FANchise to connect with the fan base and provide training and insight into the game of professional indoor football. I am going to “unlock the vault” and give you all of the insight and knowledge that you will need as you prepare to make the calls that will lead the Screaming Eagles to victory in the Indoor Football League in 2017!
I have been fortunate to have been involved as a coach at the professional, college, and high school level for 18 years. I have spent nine seasons as a head coach and director of football operations at the professional indoor level, where my teams have shattered records, helped players advance to higher levels of professional football, and collected championships. During my 18-year coaching career I have coached in 26 playoff games, five championship games, and have been a part of seven division or conference championship teams. Over the past several years I have authored many instructional books and DVDs and served as an in-demand national clinic speaker. I also operate a successful consulting business where I teach my offensive system to coaches across the globe and currently have clients in 29 states and four countries.
