Samuel Charles down with an injury. Looks like his left knee. sounds like it could be bad. just listening to the stream so i didn't actually see it. He couldn't put any weight on his knee and had to have help to get to the bench. I don't expect he's going to return.

Poor tackling has the KISS moving down field with ease.
Spokane's used all their timeouts for the half. I get the feeling it'll be 28-0 at halftime. If that's the case, I believe this will have been the worst first half in Spokane Shock history.

The only way Smith's getting benched if it gets completely out of hand. I don't see Olson putting in Nelson in after halftime to jump start the offense.
Maybe I'm the only one, but I think the hot seat is scalding for Andy Olson right now.

Spokane just has struggled to put anything on the board.

120 total yards of offense for Spokane 141 total yards of offense for LA
You wouldn't think that close of yardage between the two would result in 28-0.

Shock radio broadcast sounds like they're going with Nelson to start the second half. Smith's completion percentage is alarming, but there's not much to say that he'll be better. He was working in a Cleveland salt mine prior to the Week 13 Spokane/Portland game. He went in for Coffman after he went down with the shoulder injury against San Jose. He went 9 of 17 for 78 yards, 1 TD, and 1 INT. We shall see...
