Tryouts were held over the weekend. These cheerleader videos were uploaded by the team's official Youtube account and guess they posted a video on the team/project being a topic discussed on PTI. Interesting take by Tony and guess good to get a little bit of exposure on PTI though don't know how regularly watched PTI still is. Not ideal it was recorded by hand, but what can you do. Sorry, but got to agree mostly with Wilbon, but this is still an interesting concept to try and seems nothing too much to lose in doing so.

The cheerleader videos are from the YouTube account. I saw the clip from Pardon the Interuption and it made me laugh. Michael Wilborn made no sense and, as I tweeted, three topics later was going to talk about Justin "No Talent" Bieber. Will it work? In the short term, yes it will. I would anticipate some delay of game penalties until the system is refined. Maybe prior to one play, they could present the options for the following play so that while the first play is going on, fans can vote on a couple of options depending on the down and distance. I can tell you that I believe they have been refining the system and are going to make it as efficient as possible. There is a lot of buzz about this and rightfully so. This season is going to be fun. There are a lot of young players on the Screaming Eagles' roster, so it will be a young expansion team in an uphill battle. I believe it will work this year, but the potential success at this point is unpredictable. What concerns me is down the road in further seasons as the team attempts to build the fan base. That could be tougher for Project FANchise to gain more support in coming seasons. Now, that all being said, this is a highly energetic group of people running both the Screaming Eagles and now the Crush. I'm confident they can make it happen with both teams.

Haha, well, don't know how he made no sense. He was saying it was not a good idea to have fans involved making team calls like this and I think many other would agree along with myself. I still think it's an interesting experiment and worth to try, so guess we'll find out how well it does or don't work out. You think it will and that is fine to say and if there is some good buzz about it that is great as well.
Ha, and with Bieber, PTI in their final rundown will quickly go over some topics, a lot of times something like "this day in sports history" or some other "popular" sports related video or topic going around. It'll include pop culture topics as well, just something fun whether past or present, nothing too serious usually. Either way, didn't hurt for this topic to make it to PTI audiences for some exposure. Good luck to the teams!
