The following is the complete schedule for the 2020 Major League Baseball Playoffs.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the MLB played an abbreviated 60 game regular season. As a result, the league expanded the MLB Playoff field from 10 teams (5 American League, 5 National League) to a total of 16 teams (8 American League, 8 National League). Unlike the structure that's been in place since 2011, which includes the 3 division winners and 2 Wild Card teams, this year's MLB Playoffs will include the 3 division winners, 3 second place finishers, and two wild card teams.
The 2020 Postseason will begin with a best-of-three Wild Card Round, where the lowest seed takes on the highest seed at the higher seed's ballpark for the duration of the series. The winners will then advance to the Division Series.
The Division Series onward will be played at neutral sites in a bubble environment. In the AL, the Division Series will be held in California while the NL Division series will be held in Texas. The AL games will be held at Petco Park (San Diego, CA) and Dodger Stadium (Los Angeles, CA) while the NL games will be held at Globe Life Field (Arlington, TX) and Minute Maid Park (Houston, TX). The ALCS and NLCS will be held at Petco Park and Globe Life Field, respectively. The World Series will be held at Globe Life Field, marking the first time in World Series history that the Fall Classic will be played at a neutral site.
Each round of the MLB Playoffs will appear most recent at the top of the post. Final results will be updated following the conclusion of the games. All game times are listed in the Pacific Timezone (PST). Where applicable, click on the final score to view the MLB's game tracker for the complete box score.
All MLB Playoff Games will be broadcast on Television across five networks. including ESPN (NL Wild Card), TBS (NL Wild Card, NL Division Series, NL Championship Series), MLB Network (AL Division Series), FS1 (AL Division Series, AL Championship Series), and FOX (AL Championship Series, World Series).
