From uncertainty to trepidation and to taking the field, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) has scheduled its 2020-21 bowl season.
It's been a trying year for the NCAA, it's teams and its conferences due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Most conferences found a way to put seasons together to some degree. Some started earlier with complete -- or nearly complete -- seasons. Some created seasons which were abbreviated, yet not any less meaningful. There will be a College Football Playoff featuring four teams in two major bowl games leading up to the title game on January 11.
Last season, the LSU Tigers captured the national championship with a 42-15 win over the Clemson Tigers.
SCtoC has your complete bowl schedule. Along with participants, we have listed the bowls, participants, dates and times, and stadium and national broadcast information. Once available, we will add the final top 25 rankings heading into the bowl season. Some games may have fans in attendance and others may not due to the pandemic. The NCAA and its participant schools will follow strict COVID-19 prevention guidelines before, during and after the games.
Note: Some game matchups have yet to be determined. All games are subject to cancellation or alteration. Those matchups will be added once they are determined. All of the bowl games have been listed.
All times are pacific time. Once games are complete, click the links of each result to go to the official boxscore of that game. Team records for completed games include the teams' records for that game. Results will be updated daily.
