I had no idea! I was only 5, but I loved watching basketball. Back in those days I struggled to remember the score since they took off the scoreboard board graphic cause it took up 40% of the screen! I'm a little better at it now.

I'm glad they have that little scoreboard thing. I've seen a few old clips where they've shown the score. It was Huge!

Haha, you are very kind. Sports sure have come a long ways since that time, though! Sometimes I wonder how I even used to watch non-HD, few replay, giganto-graphic sports. I guess nothing else was on?

My dad loved the invention of that yellow first down line that networks started using. He thought it was the best thing since best things were created!

i love the yellow line! some networks have a blue line which tells you exactly where the line of scrimmage is. i like that one too.
