Barnstormers 80, Steamwheelers 41
6/17/23 --
DES MOINES, IA - Daniel Smith threw for five touchdowns and Antonio Wimbush rushed for four more as the Iowa Barnstormers exploded to a 80-41 win over the Quad City Steamwheelers tonight at Wells Fargo Arena.
The Barnstormers had won just two games prior to this, their 12 game of the season prior to the win. They are 3-9 on the season and are still mathematically in the playoffs. They need to win their three remaining games and see both the Sioux Falls Storm and Green Bay Blizzard lose their remaining three games in order for tiebreakers to take effect.
