Overview
The following is the complete NCAA football bowl schedule for the 2023 season.
Eighty-six teams will compete in 43 bowl games. Two of games, both on January 1, comprise the College Football Playoff Semifinals. The winners of those two games will compete for the National Championship on January 8.
A new champion will be crowed this season as the two-time champion Georgia Bulldogs just missed out on the four-team championship tournament. The Michigan Wolverines earn the top spot and will face off against the fourth-seeded Alabama Crimson Tide in the Rose Bowl. The Washington Huskies claimed the second spot and will take on the number three Texas Longhorns in the Sugar Bowl. Both games are set for January 1.
UPDATE (1/8/24, 8:12 p.m. PST): Michigan won the National Championship with a 34-13 win over Washington in the title game.
