The Blazers (1-1) split the season series last year with the Warriors (2-0), with each team wining once at home and once on the road. This comes down to a match up of two of the best point guards in not only the Western Conference, but the NBA, in Damian Lillard and Steph Curry. The Blazers' Nicolas Batum had 18 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists in the Blazers 119-117 win on April 13.

Angi's Take
The Warriors are off to a 2-0 start with blowout victories over the Kings and Lakers. Curry and Thompson provide a one-two sharpshooting punch. The duo are among the league leaders in three pointers made and attempted. Thompson set a new career high of 41 points in the win over the Lakers. Former Blazers guard Steve Kerr is in his first season as the head coach of the Warriors. The Blazers seem to be limping into the season as evidenced by their lackluster effort on both ends of the court in the loss to the Kings. Despite his 20 points, Lillard shot just 4-13 from the field and had 2 assists against the Kings. He will need to step up both of those numbers if he is to match Curry. New additions Blake had 5 assists off the bench, and Kaman tallied 12 points, 6 rebounds and a pair of blocks against the Kings. Matchup to watch: Klay Thompson vs. Wesley Matthews.
