I don't know if Angi or Julie would have and i'm at work. sad to see Batum go, but I'm almost not surprised. Henderson is a good defender and a decent vet. I know nothing about Vonleh, and I can't see him getting more minutes than Meyers. good start over for Batum, but I will miss him.

I hate this. Nicolas was important to our success. This was a horrible trade. I will hate this all season.

It really makes me more curious about what else may (or may not) happen. There is a lot bigger plan. This is just the start.

If we know anything about Olshey, we know that we know nothing that is true until it is announced. Especially if i is anounced by Woj!

Supposedly LA was ok with the Batum trade, I guess they talked to him before they made it official. I'm thinking either they did it as a salary move so they can re-sign Wes, or they are preparing for a post-LA team. Speaking of re-signing, has anyone heard anything about RoLo? I haven't heard anything either way.

I am not sure who will start in place of Batum, but if we resign Aldridge and Lopez, by the heck not start Meyers at SF. You know he can play it! Plus, that gives us three seven footers (LMA IS seven feet tall) in the front line. How much would that screw other defenses?! I do not know his response. As I understand it, Aldridge is the first priority, then Matthews, then Fropez.

Hmmm... Alonzo Gee, probably? As with LaMarcus Aldridge, I'm not believing anything that I'm hearing right now, especially that most of the rumors involved the Lakers. Laker dickriders be like "let's sign Cousins! let's sign LaMarcus! let's sign any other superstar free agent out there!"

I was looking at the unrestricted free agents for this offseason, and I can't see any SF worthy of replacing Nic.

Of course, the Lakers (and Laker fans) think they can get anyone just because they're the Lakers.

I hate to see Blake gone, but we won that trade with Plumlee alone.

Wes is going to Dallas. RoLo is going to New York. This offseason sucks! There is no reason for LA to stay now.

I was trying to be optimistic but it is getting more and more difficult. I thought we would lose Wesley and keep LaMarcus and Robin. I am not really enjoying this offseason either.

I'm getting more confused about the transactions the front office is making. I would have accepted it if only LaMarcus is going home, but it sucks that all others are leaving.

And LA makes it official and signs with the Spurs. Screw him! Best Blazer ever my ass. I had a bad feeling every time I heard a report of him meeting other teams' representatives, and never heard of Olshey going to meet with him in person. I know Olshey and Paul Allen gave their pitch last summer and Aldridge knee what the contract would be, but Olshey is a salesman. He should have been sitting across the table from Aldridge selling him. It may not have worked, but the fact there was no meeting tells me that all the rumors about Aldridge deciding to leave the Blazers was true. I am not happy with the way this went down at all, by either side.
