Special Note: The Steamwheelers will honor indoor/arena football founder Jim Foster prior to the game. Foster created the sport in the mid-1980s with the first Arena Football League season taking place in 1987, making this year the 35th anniversary of the sport.

Breakdown
FIGHTERS
After surviving a trip to Green Bay against the Blizzard last week, Frisco is 3-1 and ready to get on a roll. An off-season coaching change hasn't stopped the Fighters from regaining their playoff form. With their only loss coming to the defending champions, they have won three straight and appear to be ready to battle against the league's best. They will face a hungry Steamwheelers squad who want nothing more than to start their own streak. Blake Sims has taken the majority of snaps at quarterback, completing 74 percent of his passes for 448 yards with seven touchdowns and a pick. Backup quarterback T.J. Edwards, who has tossed for four touchdowns, also could see time in this game. Both quarterbacks have also rushed for three scores each. Justin Rankin is the top rusher in the league with his 65 rushing yards per game and six touchdowns. Jerminic Smith has 184 yards and five touchdowns, while Sheldon Augustine adds 169 yards and a pair of scoring grabs. trey Waffrord's 15 tackles lead the team, and Santos Ramirez has 13 tackles and three picks. Bryce Crawford nailed a 21-yard field goal late to lift the Fighters to their win over the Blizzard as solid as it comes with his leg.
STEAMWHEELERS
Quad City's fortunes seem to be looking up after a 34-24 win over the Sioux Falls Storm last week. The Steamwheelers had lost to the Storm in week 1, but got some revenge last week. they fought the defending champion Massachusetts Pirates valiantly, but came with a loss two weeks ago. The Steamwheelers enter a stretch of the season which could propel them into the Playoff race with games against the Fighters, Bismarck Bucks and Green Bay Blizzard in the coming weeks. Veteran Aaron Aiken has completed 50 percent of his passes for 157 yards with three touchdowns and an interception this season. Aiken also leads the team with 116 yards rushing, along with two scores on the ground. The Steamwheelers re-signed E.J. Hilliard, who was second-team IFL in 2019 and could very well get the start. Kerrion Moore has 67 rushing yards with a trio of touchdowns. Keyvan Rudd is the team's leading receiver with 120 yard and two touchdowns. Mike Carrigan has 10 catches for 104 yards and a score. Quad City's defense is led by Darreon Jackson's 31 tackles and an interception, and Nate Sheets comes in with 21 of his own. Jaylin Swan has recoded a pair of sacks. Kimo Naehu is one of the most accurate kickers in the IFL.
