BREAKDOWN
San Diego picked up a solid win over the Duke City Gladiators last week to enter the playoff picture. The Strike Force are just a game back of the fourth place and have a relatively favorable tiebreaker heading into the final seven games of the season. This battle against the Fighters will be a true test of the Strike Force's season, but with Nate Davis firing on all cylinders it could turn out to be a close one until the end. Kentrez Bell leads the IFL in receptions, yards and is tied for receiving touchdowns (see above statistics. They score 39.6 points (12th in IFL) per game and allow 46.4 (eighth).

BREAKDOWN
Frisco has a lot of things to be happy about, but last week's loss to the Bay Area Panthers at San Jose is not one of those things. Prior to that, the Fighters started the season as winners of seven straight -- their longest win streak in franchise history. Though they still own a two-game lead in the Eastern Conference, they may see this game as an opportunity to take out some frustrations on the Strike Force. Following this contest, they play five straight games against playoff contenders, including the next three on the road. They score 54.5 points per game (first in IFL) and allow 36.3 (second).
