Breakdown
BUCKS
Bismarck, though not mathematically eliminated from playoff contention, needs a lot of wins and a lot of help. With just four games remaining on the Bucks' schedule, they are three-and-a-half games back of the fourth seed. A loss this week and an Iowa Barnstormers' win next week and the Bucks are officially eliminated. Bismarck has lost seven straight. They are scoring 33.2 points per game (11th) and are allowing 41.1 (11th). Jayru Campbell has been the teams quarterback for the majority of the season. He is completing 55 percent of his throws for a 95.4-yard average per game, 24 touchdowns and eight interceptions. He leads the team with 201 rushing yards to go along with 12 touchdowns. Benjamin Glines has a pair of rushing touchdowns as well. Edgar Allen Poe, Jr. leads the team in receiving with 337 yards and 10 scores, while Alexis Rosario comes in with 330 yards and eight touchdown grabs. The defense is paced by the 61 tackles of Jamal Hicks, who also has an interception. Armonti Carey and Jeff Branch enter the game with four and 3.5 sacks, respectively, and Gerod Holliman have four picks. Kicker Chase Allbaugh has been a surprise this season.
STORM
Sioux Falls has had some ups and downs this season, but sits in a tie with the Barnstormers for third in the Eastern Conference. The Storm would lose the apparent tiebreaker of conference win percent (the IFL has not announced its tiebreakers). That could change by the end of the season as Iowa has one non-conference game and the Storm have none. The Storm score 40.7 points per game (sixth) and allow 40.9 (10th). Dalton Sneed has been effective since taking over as the starting quarterback. He comes in completing 63 percent of his throws for 110.6 yards per game with 14 touchdowns and a single pick. He also has five scores on the ground. Nate Chavious is second in the IFL with 456 rushing yards to go with 14 touchdowns. Carlos Thompson, Jr. leads the receiving group with 32 grabs for 476 yards with 11 touchdowns, while Aaron Dilworth adds 30 catches for 368 yards and six scores. The defense is paced by Marquis Hendrix's 68 tackles to go with 3.5 sacks. Undraez Lilly has 10.5 tackles for loss and a league-leading 8.5 sacks, while TaCorian Darden has 57 tackles and three picks. Paris Taylor adds 54 tackles. Sawyer Petre is as good a kicker as you will find in the IFL.
