Though it's much too early to seriously talk about playoffs, if the postseason started today, Arizona would be the odd team out in the Western Conference. There is plenty of time and the Rattlers' seem to be biding it as they anticipate the return of quarterback Drew Powell from injury. They both score and allow 48.2 points per game. In Powell's absence, Jorge Reyna has completed 53 percent of his passes for 605 yards with 14 touchdowns and four picks. Jager Gardner has accumulated 90 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground and 148 yards and a touchdown through the air. Isiah Scott has caught 24 passes for 323 yards and six touchdowns to lead the receiving corps. Isaiah Houston has 181 yards and five scores, while Braxton Haley has 129 yards and three scores. Veterans Dillon Winfrey and Davontae Merriweather pace the defense with 29 and 23 tackles, respectively, with the former adding an interception. Chris Terrell has a pair of sacks. Craig Peterson averages 50.5 yards per kickoff.

Tulsa picked up its first win in franchise history last week at the Iowa Barnstormers. Now, the Oilers are looking for their first-ever home win of the year. That will be a tough task, but The Rattlers have shown some kinks in their armor this season so the Oilers should be up for the challenge. They score. 36.0 points per game and allow 51.8. Veteran Vincent Espinoza took over at quarterback for the Oilers last week and completed 14 of 22 throws for 126 yards with four touchdowns and no picks. No rusher has scored more than a single touchdown for the Oilers this season. Joshua Crockett leads the team with 12 catches for 125 yards and five touchdowns, and Montero Dubose 10 grabs for 104 yards and a pair of scores. Jordan Jones leads the defense with 23 tackles and a sack. Taylor Hawkings and Kevin Moore each come in with 16.5 tackles, and Gibson Ziah leads the team with two sacks and 2.5 tackles for loss. Jeremy Reynolds has a strong leg and is averaging 50.4 yards per kickoff.
