San Diego is ready to take the next step. In their history, the Strike Force have won just 13 games. Their six wins last year were a franchise season high. It all starts at quarterback with Nate Davis who was brought over via trade with these Gladiators last year. Davis is arguably the best pure passer in the league and this season he will have some help. Dello Davis was Nate Davis' top target for in 2021 and 2022 with the Gladiators, and joins his old quarterback in San Diego. Their connection will likely be a key to the success of the Strike Force this season. Arthur Jackson III has a year of IFL play under his belt and looks to be the recipient of numerous targets. Travon Van comes over to the Strike Force and will likely take on the duties in the rushing game. The team has struggled defensively in past years, but they've returned Ben Moa and Javian “Bubba” Williams on the line. They also signed Armonti Carey and Jaquan Artis to shore up the group. Clayton Glasco and Byron Cooper are solid linebackers, while Justic'e King, KiShawn Walker and Tariq Thompson will patrol the backfield.

Duke City has put together a talented roster as it looks to regain its playoff form. The team is poised to make a run with a quintet of veteran free agent signings and another via trade. There is literally talent across the board. The big question is of who will get the start at quarterback. Journeyman Tasleem “Taz” Wilson has had some success throughout his career and Jayru Campbell played with the Vegas Knight Hawks during their inaugural 2022 season. One of the bigger signings is running back Justin Stockton, who has ranked among the top rushers in the IFL over the past few seasons. Veteran Greg Dent, Jr. and Tyrone Laughinghouse are the experienced receivers who lead that particular core. Lineman Zech Thomas was acquired via a trade with the Northern Arizona Wranglers.
