BREAKDOWN
Green Bay comes into week 4 at 1-1 and is looking to improve on that by stealing a win in Moline. The series is knotted at 4-4 so this is a terrific opportunity for the Blizzard to grab a game against a rival and move up in the early standings. The Blizzard typically have a strong defense, but there is plenty of talent on offense who can score quickly. For the first time in at least six years, they return a quarterback from the previous year. Max Meylor is completing 55 percent of his passes for 113.5 yards per game to go with four touchdowns and two interceptions. He's also a strong rusher at 38 yards per game to go with four touchdowns. EJ Burges is the featured back with a touchdown under his belt this season. Lowell Patron has been the go-to receiver for the Blizzard thus far with 49 yards per game off seven catches and a pair of touchdowns. Harry Ballard III, who has a scoring grab, is the other receiver to watch in this one. Defensively, Cynte Williams and Rivarius Rivers lead the way, but seven different defenders have at least 6.5 tackles on the season. Shawn Steele II possesses the team's lone interception on the year. Mason Laramie has a kickoff average of 44.2 yards.

BREAKDOWN
It's a small sample size of one game, but Quad City looked solid if not overwhelming in their opener two weeks ago against the Sioux Falls Storm. The Steamwheelers pulled out the overtime win over the Storm, then went on a bye week before entering this game. The week off should allow them to fine tune some things as they embark on this stretch of their season. The Steamwheelers play three of their next four at home. Judd Erickson completes 50 percent of his throws at an impressive 169 yards. He has two touchdown throws versus an interceptions. He also has a rushing touchdown to his resume. Erickson has perhaps the top trio of receivers in the IFL. Jarrod Harrington, Keyvan Rudd and Raheem Harvey are all veterans and all capable of making the big catch at any time. Rudd was instrumental in Quad City's run to the National Championship two seasons ago. Edward Vander rushed for two touchdowns against the Storm and Harrington caught two touchdown passes. Veteran defensive back Darreon Jackson had a solid game against the Storm. Jaylin Swan, Gregory Filer III and Malik Duncan are active defenders to keep an eye on in this one. Kyle Kaplan averages 54.2 yards on his kickoffs.
