It won't be easy as the Steamwheelers head to the land of the proverbial Eastern Conference favorite Fighters. The Steamwheelers have defeated the Fighters just once in four tries; a win in the 2022 playoffs at Frisco. This is also their first venture out on the road in 2024 after playing their first two at home. Judd Erickson has been solid in two starts at quarterback this season. He is completing 53 percent of his passes for 270 yards with four touchdowns and an interception. He also has rushed for another score. Edward Vander is rushing for 35.5 yards per game and has three trips to the end zone. He also is a threat as a receiver out of the backfield.
