BREAKDOWN
Tucson sits in third place in the Western Conference entering this week, but may have a chance to move into the top two with some wins and some help from the rest of the conference during the final three weeks of the season. The Sugar Skulls have won two of their last three (and three of their last five), but fell last week to the San Diego Strike Force. Had they won that game, they would have ended up in a three-way tie for first in the conference. They may have to settle for third, but that would still put them into the postseason. Three of the Sugar Skulls' final four games are against conference foes. Ramone Atkins' completion percentage of 66.7 is second in the league. They score 43.5 points per game (ninth in IFL) and allow 41.5 (fourth).

BREAKDOWN
Of all the playoff contenders in the IFL right now, Northern Arizona just may be the most unpredictable. The Wranglers ended a three-game skid two weeks ago with a win at the San Diego Strike Force, but were unable to withstand the attack of the Frisco Fighters last week. They face three playoff-situated teams to close out the season, including the Massachusetts Pirates at home on July 8 and the Arizona Rattlers on the road on July 15. Those teams come into this week with four- and five-game winning streaks, respectively. Ramaud Chiaokhiao-Bowman is tied for second in the league with 19 receiving touchdowns and 719 receiving yards. They are last in the IFL scoring offense (37.3 points per game) and first in scoring defense (38.8).
