BREAKDOWN
It seems very early to be talking about must-win games, but Iowa finds themselves in that very situation this week. At 4-0, the Barnstormers need to find a way to turn around their season. They came close last week against the Arizona Rattlers, but were unable to complete the comeback, resulting in a two-point loss. The Barnstormers are hoping that a trip to a familiar foe and conference rival such as the Blizzard will be the opportunity to turn around their season. The team waited quite a while for the return of quarterback Darius-James Peterson from injury, but he has been largely ineffective. Enter Kyle King, who stepped in against the Arizona Rattlers last week. King comes in completing just 47 percent of his passes for 218 yards with five touchdowns and an interception. In three appearances this season, he's rushed for 67 yards and three touchdowns. Robert Washington has a trio of rushing touchdowns. Despite the team's struggles, Quian Williams is having a nice hear with 60.0 receiving yards per game to go with five touchdowns. Darren Wilson has 33.3 yards per game and two touchdowns, while Tre Long averages 26.3 yards and a score. Jefferson Fritz has 32 tackles which puts him at the top of the IFL leaders list. Christopher Russell has 11.5 tackles and Chukwuemeka Manning leads the team with two sacks. Gabriel Rui averages 42.1 yards per kickoff. The Barnstormers average 32.8 points per game (15th) and allow 44.3 (11th).

BREAKDOWN
Green Bay has become the knock-down, drag-it-out team of the Eastern Conference. The Blizzard's wins aren't the prettiest, but they go into the win column nonetheless. That has served them well en route to a 3-1 record, just a game back of the conference-leading Frisco Fighters and half game back of the second place Massachusetts Pirates. The Blizzard enter this game as the league's top defense and are looking for their offense to catch up. Their offense ranks 10th in the league. If they could improve that up to the top five, it would bode well for the team. Max Meylor has been solid this season with a 59 percent completion rate for 125.7 yards per game with seven touchdowns and two interceptions. He also rushes for 46.3 yards per game with seven scores on the ground. Lowell Patron, Jr. is having a solid season with 57.3 receiving yards per game with four end zone catches. Demetrius Moore and Harry Ballard III should also get some targets here. Cynte Williams and Ravarius Rivers have 22.5 and 21.5 tackles to lead the defense, respectively. That puts each of them out of the top 10 of the IFL leaderboard. Kevin Ransom adds 18.5 tackles and Shawn Steele II has 16.5. Scean Mustin is tied for fifth in the league with 2.5 sacks. Andrew Mevis made his debut last week, hitting a pair of crucial field goals in the fourth quarter. The Blizzard score 38.8 points per game (10th) and allow the league's lowest opponent point total of 31.8.
